Tuesday, November 10th brought the formal announcement of the merger of two top local financial services offices, Koenig & Selzer Asset Management Group with Marathon Financial Advisors.

Together they serve more than 2,000 families in Central New York, managing in excess of one-quarter billion dollars in assets, approaching five billion dollars in insurance risk, and provide employee benefits to over 100 companies in the area.

This partnership has been a long time in the making – Mary Ann Pierce, Jon N. Selzer and Harvey Koenig have known each other for nearly 20 years! They each bring a unique set of skills to the relationship, but most importantly there is a common core of ethics and beliefs – in doing what is best for their clients, and for the community.
